How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 7–15 business days, and every parcel ships with tracking. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Israel and most EU countries. Available destinations and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost. See Returns & Refunds.
Will an OBD2 scanner work with my car?
OBD2 scanners work with vehicles that have an OBD2/EOBD port: most petrol cars sold in the US from 1996 and in the EU from 2001 (diesel from 2004). Some models list extra limits on their product page, for example petrol-only support. Not sure? Email us your make, model and year.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant platform, and we never see or store your full card details.
Will the seat covers fit my car?
Our seat covers are designed as universal fit for most sedans, SUVs and pickups. Check the dimensions on the product page, or email us your vehicle model and we will confirm before you order.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships. You can also sign in to your account or visit Track Your Order.
