Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Israel and most countries in the European Union. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and peak seasons can take a little longer.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is sent by email when your order ships, and you can also follow your order from Track your order.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@nuvravo.com with your order number and we will make it right.
